Kai-Lynn
Store Manager & Team Development Lead
Kai-Lynn, or “Kai,” rejoined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in animal welfare, management, and working with pets and their people. Her calm presence, genuine love for animals, and commitment to compassionate care make her a valued part of the Ken Caryl Pet Spa family.
As our Store Manager & Team Development Lead, Kai supports our staff, oversees daily spa operations, and provides thoughtful leadership through ongoing training, communication, and skill development. Her steady approach helps create a welcoming environment where pets feel safe, team members feel supported, and clients feel confident in the care their pets receive.

Stavia
Grooming Manager
Stavia joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2016 and quickly discovered a natural talent for working with dogs. After beginning as a bather, she completed a grooming apprenticeship and became a full-time Pet Stylist. She is especially known for her skill and attention to detail with breed-specific cuts and personalized styling. Stavia also enjoys helping puppies build positive grooming habits and caring for senior dogs who need extra patience and attention.
As our Grooming Manager, Stavia supports our bathing and styling teams and helps maintain consistent standards for quality, safety, and compassionate care.

Jen
Pet Stylist
Jen joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2022, bringing decades of experience in grooming, management, and customer care. She began grooming in 2003 and later spent 15 years in hotel management while continuing to groom for a loyal group of clients. She then returned to the pet-care industry with PetSmart, where she worked until joining our team.
With her seasoned eye, strong technical knowledge, and thoughtful approach to each dog, Jen is a trusted member of our styling team and a valuable resource within the grooming department.

Hailey
Pet Stylist
Hailey joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2023 after completing a year of professional grooming training with PetSmart. Known for her warm personality and positive energy, she has a natural way of making both dogs and their families feel comfortable and cared for.
Her gentle touch, cheerful presence, and ability to connect with each dog help create a calm, happy grooming experience. Hailey’s personable approach, thoughtful care, and attention to detail make her a wonderful part of our styling team.

Pet Stylist
Hope joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2016 after spending three years as a Pet Stylist at Petco. Her calm demeanor, patience, and genuine empathy make her especially skilled at helping nervous dogs feel safe and comfortable throughout their visit.
Known for her gentle approach, sharp wit, and warm sense of humor, Hope brings both reassurance and personality to the grooming experience. Her steady care and ability to connect with pets and their people make her a valued member of our styling team.

Lead Bather & Equipment Coordinator
Sarah attended veterinary technician school and gained hands-on experience in veterinary clinics and boarding facilities before joining Ken Caryl Pet Spa in 2018. Her knowledge of animal care, strong attention to detail, and commitment to keeping the spa clean, organized, and running smoothly make her an invaluable part of our team. She is also one of our most knowledgeable team members when it comes to pet nutrition, retail foods, and everyday pet-care products, and she enjoys helping families find options that fit their dog’s individual needs.
As our Lead Bather & Equipment Coordinator, Sarah helps maintain consistent bathing standards, supports the bathing team, and oversees the care and organization of essential spa equipment.

Lynnzy
Pet Care & Bathing Specialist
Lynnzy joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in May 2026 after gaining bathing experience at a grooming salon in Maryland. Having grown up on a farm surrounded by dogs and other animals, she is comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, coat types, and personalities.
As a Pet Care & Bathing Specialist, Lynnzy brings a calm, positive approach to each visit and enjoys helping dogs feel safe, clean, and comfortable. She especially loves a great de-shedding transformation and is excited to continue building her grooming skills as she grows with our team.

Coz
Pet Care & Bathing Specialist
Coz joined Ken Caryl Pet Spa in June 2026 and has worked with animals since the age of 18, including experience at Petco and the Denver Dumb Friends League. Comfortable with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and temperaments, he approaches each pet with patience, confidence, and careful attention.
Coz closely watches each animal’s body language to help them remain safe and comfortable throughout their visit. He understands that an animal’s well-being always comes before completing a service and is never afraid to ask for assistance when needed. In addition to dogs, Coz is also experienced and comfortable working with cats and exotic animals, helping us thoughtfully expand the range of care we can provide.
