How to use Astro Loyalty:
- Sign in to your Customer Account (or create one if you do not currently have one).
- Click "Astro Account" above the cart button on the right hand side of your screen.
- On the next page, click the option that is applicable for you: CREATE A NEW ASTRO ACCOUNT or LINK AN EXISTING ASTRO ACCOUNT.
- Complete the forms displayed.
- Once you are logged in, you will be taken to a Progress Status screen. Do not be alarmed if you see that you are not registered. Your orders and points will start loading after your first in store purchase with your account.
- After that first purchase, you can view your order history and any account details by clicking your highlighted account name above the search bar: "Logged in as _________". To view your points, click the link "Astro Account" to be taken to your Progress Status Dashboard.
Astro Loyalty FAQ's:
- You must have both a Customer and Astro Loyalty account in order to redeem Loyalty points. If you have an existing Astro account, you can link that to a Ken Caryl Pet Spa Customer account by entering your email address or phone number. If you do not have an Astro account nor a Ken Caryl Pet Spa Customer account, you can create both today in a few easy steps.
- Points are accumulated by the purchase of eligible items and brands.
- You can monitor your points from in store purchases when visiting your account dashboard.
- Points will register once your order has been fulfilled.
